Electrofusion Welders
GASLINE ZRG electrofusion machines are modern devices designed for electrofusion joining of polyethylene pipes. They are compatible with various types of fittings, including those from manufacturers such as GEORG FISCHER (ELGF Plus system), WAVIN, ALDYL, FUSION, FOX, TRANS QUADRO, and others.

GASLINE ZRG electrofusion machines are widely used in the construction and maintenance of gas and water networks, as well as industrial installations.
ZRG machines enable optimal adjustment of welding parameters and precise control of the pipe joining process, while maintaining ease of use.
ZRG machines are manufactured in various versions to meet customer requirements – from the most basic model (ZRG-1) with manual parameter settings to more advanced models (ZRG-M) featuring a barcode reader and PC-compatible software.
The use of computer technology facilitates the detection of potential issues in both the preparation and welding processes (e.g. a broken heating coil in the fitting).
The microprocessor-based control system provides:
automated input of welding parameters via barcode scanner,
monitoring of the welding process,
automatic adjustment of parameters depending on ambient conditions,
storage of parameters from recent welding operations,
automatic voltage regulation to maintain set values despite fluctuations in supply voltage (range: 196V–244V),
transfer of welding process data to a PC.
The welding report includes a tabular summary of completed welds.
Stored welding parameters include:
date and time of weld,
operator’s name,
operating mode,
fitting type,
working voltage,
required welding time,
actual welding time,
welding result,
type of detected error.
Optional equipment:
mounting clamps for socket welds,
positioning clamps for diameters: 25, 32, 40, 63, 75, 90 mm,
positioning clamps for diameters: 110, 125, 140, 160, 180, 200 mm,
interchangeable output terminals: 4.0 mm and 4.7 mm,
barcode scanner,
PC software for data archiving with data transmission interface,
thermal printer.
